Fixed 'missing INT_MESSAGE_SEQ' error (Spring Integration)

Spring Integration provides an extension of the Spring programming model to support the well-known Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP).  An error in schema creation script broke support for the spring integration message store. This has been fixed with this pull request.
